Weldtech’s UPPC System was certified as “Shanghai Energy-saving Product”

Recently the Weldtech’s self-developed “Ultra Performance Plant Control (UPPC)” system was successfully appeared in the list of “Shanghai Energy-saving Products” after assessment by the panel of Shanghai Energy Conservation Association commissioned by SHEITC. The title of “Shanghai Energy-saving Product” is designed in the interest of energy-smart product suppliers and energy consumption units to improve the energy efficiency and environment protecting of the society, to motivate an all-round, coordinated and sustainable development of economy, to complete the energy saving target and to promote development of the energy conservation industry in Shanghai.

As the 1st titled control system as “Shanghai Energy-saving Product”, which has been applied to tens of Energy Management Contracts (EMC) covering buildings of office, hotels, commercial complexes, governments and manufactories for semiconductors, electronics and automobiles, UPPC system is verified advanced and practical for 3 points:

1. Coordinating all plant components to the maximize performance efficiency according to UPPC Real-time Optimizing Algorithm.

2. Providing creditable energy-saving forecast and solution by UPPC Simulation Tool.

3. Improving the annual overall plant efficiency by 15~30%.
