ENERGY MANAGEMENT CONTRACT(EMC)

Energy Management Contract (EMC):

EMS is the primary business cooperation mode with our clients and a mode highly encouraged and promoted in the nation’s “12th Five-Year Plan” for energy efficiency project. Through such cooperation, we provide our clients with all-round service (including energy diagnosis, technical solutions for energy efficiency reform, reform project investment, high-end product supply and considerate after-sale maintenance service). This cooperation mode requires zero investment. Clients may allocate energy savings to pay the service fee and the reformed projects will reach efficiency targets, which saves operation cost as well as releases clients from financial burden from energy efficiency projects.
We will negotiate a mutually agreed cooperation term with clients (usually 5-10 years). During the term of the contract, the measured electricity saving is converted into equivalent electricity fee as profits shared with clients. The profit-sharing percent of every sharing year may vary upon negotiation according to actual projects. We can also negotiate the sum of profit-sharing and the upper limit of profit-sharing percent, and profit sharing will terminate upon reaching the requirements of any options: Sharing Period Fixed, Sharing Sum Fixed or Sharing Period and Sum Fixed. In this way, the contract can be compatible with different projects. Upon completion of profit-sharing, UPPC® system installed in the project will be transferred for free to clients, with maintenance service furnished.
