For projects under energy-saving warranty and installment plan, the system energy efficiency rate of months in a year and the contract price will be specified in the contract. A part of the contract price will be pre-paid by the buyer to the energy service seller upon signing the contract (usually 30% of the contract price). If the system efficiency rate reaches the contractual value according to evaluations (usually 2-3 times) and acceptance upon completion of system installation, the buyer must pay the seller by installment (by month, quarter or year) within the due period till finally pay-off.

This warranty-based installment plan for cooperation can provide users with warranted energy saving system. Installment plan can substantially release buyers from capital pressure. Clients can allocate part of operation savings (system energy and electricity efficiency verified) arising out of the installed system as the procurement cost to pay to the seller.
