Lately the Board of the Hong Kong Building and Loan Agency Limited (HK 145) “is pleased to announce that all the conditions precedent under the Sale and Purchase Agreement have been fulfilled and completion of the Acquisition (of Weldtech) took place on 13 June 2014.” Hencefore Weldtech turns into a whole-owned subsidiary of HK 145, with top shareholders comprise CITIC International Assets Management Limited (CIAM), China Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Group (CECEP), CCB International Asset Management Limited(CCB International) and Newmargin Ventures Limited (Newmargin Ventures), etc.
