An Energy Service Company gets national filed after accreditation arranged by the National Development and Reform Commission and National Ministry of Finance, in accordance with the government notice (Financial Development [2010] No. 249). Companies in the National file this year (The 3rd File) are entitled to apply for national financial incentive funds for qualified EMC projects which signed after July 1st, 2011.
