Project Overview
Shenzhen Skyworth Digital Technology Co., Ltd. is a hi-tech subsidiary of Skyworth Group (listed in Hong Kong Stock Exchange, HK0751) specialized in R&D, production, and marketing of television and household network AV products. Its office building is located in Shenzhen Hi-tech Park to the south of Shennan Avenue. It is a 18-storey building with the GFA of 60,399m2 and a height of 76.1m.
Effect of Energy Efficiency
By executing full-plant variable frequency optimization of the air conditioning plant and replacing prior control solution with UPPC® energy efficiency control system, the general annual efficiency of the chiller plant is raised by 18%, yielding annual electricity saving of 380,044kWh and annual electricity fee reduction of RMB313,256. From environmental perspective, this is equivalent to saving 153t of standard coal and reducing 306t of carbon dioxide emission each year.
