Project Overview
Shanghai Central Plaza is an exclusive luxurious and Grade A business center located in downtown area. The outstanding building boasts of 38 floors with the GFA of 54,000m2. The lower 4 levels are occupied by high-end shopping mall and basement garage, topped by first class Grade A office building with the GFA of 43,000m2 and single floor area of about 1,500m2.
Effect of Energy Efficiency
The integration of UPPC® energy efficiency control system with original chiller plant control equipment helps to realize one-touch on/off operation of all equipments in the plant, as well as automatic monitoring and management of the entire chiller plant. Thanks to its optimization algorithm, the annual energy consumption of chiller plant of this project is reduced by 20~25% compared to original strategy.
