Project Overview

Shanghai Dawning Centre, managed by Hongkong Jones Lang LaSalle, is a modern office building in the emerging business district of Putuo. A range of workspace options are offered in the 17-storey building, 75,000 m2, from fully managed suites to individual offices or the use of a large business centre for workers on the move.

Effect of Energy Efficiency

Installed with UPPC® energy-saving system, the chilled water pump can be run at variable speed according to real-time cooling load. The HVAC system energy consumption of Dawning Center will be reduced by 27.5%, up to 361,263kWh per year.
