BEIJING LEGENDALE HOTEL
Project Overview
Beijing Legendale Hotel is located in the downtown area of Beijing, close to Wangfujing Pedestrian Street and Dongdan CBD, bordering with the Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square and Oriental Plaza. It is an elegant and grand platinum five-star hotel immersed in southern European decoration style. It covers a land area of 1.76 hectares with the GFA of 132,000m2.
Effect of Energy Efficiency
UPPC® energy efficiency control system is used in this project to reform energy efficiency of its chiller plant. It is estimated to save up to 900,000~1,200,000kWh of electricity annually for the hotel, accounting for RMB77,000~1,020,000 and equivalent to saving 360~480t of standard coal and reducing 897~1196t of carbon dioxide emission each year.
