Project Overview

Founded in March 1987, Nantong Cellulose Fibers Co., LTD. is a joint venture by China National Tobacco Corporation and Celanese Corporation. The enterprise covers an area of 567,000m² with a total investment of $ 492 million.

Effect of Energy Efficiency

The power generating system of NCF, built in multiple phases, is large and complex with various equipments at low capacity and large redundancy. The “Energy Monitoring and Optimization Management System” provided by Weldtech integrates energy efficiency monitoring, operation evaluation and optimization, diagnosis of equipment management, to achieve comprehensive monitoring of energy consumption and energy efficiency and optimization of operation and equipment management.
